Serves: 2


8 oz cooked fettuccine
1/4 julienne onion
1 tsp red hot chili peppers
1 tablespoon Parmigianino cheese
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp butter
1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts, skin removed

  1. Place olive oil in a hot saute pan.
  2. Add onions, chili peppers and saute until translucent.
  3. Add butter, then the cooked pasta. Toss well.
  4. Add toasted hazelnuts and fresh parsley, and toss lightly.
