Dear friends, diners, and valued restaurateurs,

I’ve taken on the role of Food & Beverage Director for the Olympic & Paralympic Games Milano Cortina 2026 Hospitality – an exciting new chapter that will require my full focus over the coming months.

As a result, I will not be hosting this year’s annual event in North America.

While I’ll miss connecting with all of you in 2025, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for your incredible support and participation over the years.

I look forward to bringing the event back – refreshed and reimagined – in late 2026.
